Challenge

BP Infra Group being a credible real estate developer, it caters projects to various segments of the society which include – affordable, mid-affordable, and luxurious residential projects in Mumbai.

The ultimate challenge for a real estate creative agency is to position the properties through branding collaterals in such a way that they highlight essential details like location, unit type, unit size, amenities, and USPs.

The three segments demand a variety of communication as per their target audience. Ekadanta project in Kandivali was categorized as a project in affordable segment, while Parkview in Goregaon is a mid-affordable segment and Sarvesh One in Lower Parel is a luxurious project. Although the mediums of branding were the same, the tone of language had to be articulated according to the target audience. In the Ekadanta project, the tone had to be simple and direct, while in Parkview, the message had to be short yet catchy, and for Sarvesh One, the luxurious project, the presentation had to be quick on the uptake.

The real challenge was to design branding material by maintaining the credibility and identity of BP Infra Group in the market. A single error could have hampered the brand image of the brand. This put our ability as a real estate creative agency to test. Nonetheless, it proved to be an opportunity for Cheers Creatives as a branding agency.

Starting with one project, BP Infra Group trusted Cheers Creatives as a real estate creative agency for its new projects. Over a period of time, Cheers offered branding solutions to three projects of the Group.

As a branding agency, we prominently highlight the USPs of all three segments which include affordable flats in Kandivali (Ekadanta project), mid-affordable homes in Goregaon (Parkview project) and luxurious apartments in Lower Parel (Sarvesh One project). The communication strategy for these projects was different.

While in the affordable project, we focused on the importance of having your own home, whereas we made the rooftop amenities stand out for mid-affordable segment homes in Goregaon. For the lavish apartments in Lower Parel, every element of the design had to be thoughtfully conceived so as to convey the message appropriately to the target audience. Here, we emphasized on unit size and amenities.

Designing communication in a way that intrigues the target audience enough to take out their cell phone and call the builder/broker for enquiry is a tough task. And Cheers Creatives nailed it!
