Established under the affiliation of the Mixed Martial Arts Association of India, FCC has risen to be one of the most popular and followed fight networks in the country. With more than 100 registered Pro MMA athletes, FCC boasts some of the finest talents in India. For expanding further, they planned for their sports advertising to grow the network.

FCC has an international network partnership with ONE FC based out of Singapore. FCC has successfully organized 13 huge MMA fight nights in Mumbai, Goa and Indore and has plans of expanding further in multiple cities.

Challenges

Any sport other than cricket is difficult to promote in India. To execute the sports advertising of Mixed Martial Arts in India, we took up this challenge. It was important to position the brand, to make the audience aware of this sport.

It was equally important to encourage those people who already knew about MMA. For this, our sports company strategized a proper plan of action wherein justice to both kinds of the audience was given.

CHEERful Solution

To date, the Full Contact Championship has held 12 events and presided over approximately 91 matches. We focused majorly on boosting the events and spreading awareness for the same.

During our sports digital promotion, we invented many innovative games which created a lot of engagement at the same time people started showing interest in this form of sport. The games also included many quiz questions whereby people were able to gain knowledge about MMA.

Before the commencement of these matches and events, our team at Cheers began with the boosting of the countdown of days. The player introduction also took place before the beginning of the championship. While we were doing sports advertising of Mixed Martial Arts, several queries were coming on our way on how to participate, what is the process of entering in this Championship, etc.

Despite this sport being unpopular on the sports platform, many people were eager to participate and many of them showed their interest resulting in the participation. This was truly an achievement for both FCC and Cheers Creatives.

It was a moment of pride for us to perform sports marketing of such a talented and important sport of our country. We aspire to work with more sports events and bring up such crucial yet underrated sports of India.
