India’s Club of Coaching Classes-ICCC is the first and the only club in India, incorporated to promote Indian Coaching Industry. Giving unity the right opportunity, to make a positive difference was its prime vision. With the opportunity, it required the right kind of brand identity across the audience.

Though several coaching institutes in India have grown multifold in the last 2 decades, yet there is a dire need of bringing all the institutes under one umbrella and introduce some programs and adopt certain practices that would facilitate their growth. ICCC is single-mindedly focused on bringing about this change.

Being such a magnificent industry of education, the government doesn’t pay much attention to its welfare and hence a proper branding of this sector is required to enable people to grab the full benefits of the institute.

Challenges

The coaching classes have always been facing issues with regard to the payment of fees. Due to this, they faced certain annual miscalculations, ICCC along with its innovative idea came up with the solution of helping these coaching classes. And hence, to spread the awareness ICCC hired our branding agency.

Another challenge was to inform people about the security that ICCC can offer to the students in the situation when any kind of mishap occurs in their life such as parent’s death, accident, etc. The student’s education should not be hampered in such cases. It was very important to build the right kind of brand strategy for this offering to come out strongly as it is very beneficial from the student’s point of view.

This being such a complex concept, it was important to build the brand identity to bring it across the people making it simplified and easy to understand. Since it was a new concept to be built, the content and design had to be linear and following the concept. For such a flourishing concept, the brand identity was all set with its innovative ideas. ICCC came up with 3 plans for the membership of its customers such as Ease, Care, and Joy. Further, these plans included some of the beneficial cards that we designed such as V-Pe which makes sure that the coaching institute’s owner receives the entire annual fees of every student at the time of his / her admission. Another card that we created for the purpose of branding image had designed was C-Cure which brings this amazing benefit to a coaching class for a premium of only Rs. 30 per student, paid by the institute, for the sum assured of 3 lakhs.

The plan also included the vouchers which provided benefits to the coaching classes for the purchase of stationery at the start of the year. Moreover, tie-ups with a few of the holiday spots for annual trips were also organised. This helped the coaching classes to go on a trip where they can avail several offers with those holiday spots.

With this brand, it wasn’t just limited to deliverables but our team breathed and swallowed this brand to make it look uncomplicated. It was not the work of a layman to come out with the branding solutions without entangling any of its offers and plans.
