1. Technically sound understanding of how these media handles operate, ability to plan/evaluate ROI on paid options for reaching out to relevant TG via boosts etc.
2. Your passion for social media should reflect in your work. You need to be updated about the latest trends to drive businesses online and should be able to devise effective result-driven strategies for businesses belonging to various industries.
3. Good writing skills, effective oral communication and basic client service skills.
4. Socially aware, can involve humour, satire to create likeable posts basis recent news, developments happening in social environment.
